Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Solution |

| Obvious communication delay on the large screen | In Windows mode, tap and hold the speaker icon in the lower right corner of the screen, choose Open Sound settings > Sound > We Monitor. |
| Restore OPS to factory settings | 1. Press the POWER BUTTON on the OPS to shut it down. 2. Press and hold the RECOVER button on the OPS, then press the POWER BUTTON. Release RECOVER when the Ghost screen is displayed. |
