Getting to know your computer

1. One touch power button: Turns the computer on/off and locks/unlocks the screen.

2. Recessed camera: Press to open, press again to hide.

3. Camera indicator: Shows camera status.

4. Huawei Share icon: For Huawei Share OneHop functionality.

5. Touchpad: Controls the cursor and clicks.

6. Microphone: For audio input.

7. USB-C port: For charging and data transfer.

8. Charging indicator: Shows charging status.

9. USB 3.0 port: For high-speed data transfer.

10. HDMI port: For connecting to external displays.

11. Headset jack: For audio output and input.

Initial setup

Click the Start menu icon to access settings, turn off, restart, or sleep. Use the Action Centre for quick access to settings.

Charging your computer

Connect the adapter and USB-C cable. The indicator blinks white while charging.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Device not turning on Ensure the device is charged. Press and hold the power button for more than 10 seconds for a force shutdown, then try again.
Overheating Close applications or stop using the device until it cools down.
Wi-Fi or Bluetooth issues Check if wireless functions are enabled. Restart the device. Consult your network provider.
Touchpad not responding Ensure the touchpad is enabled. Restart the device.
