Warranty Summary
Instant Pot Company warrants this appliance for one year from purchase date against defects in workmanship and material under normal residential use in USA and Canada.
- Make sure pressure cooking program is complete or press “Keep-Warm/Cancel” to terminate.
- Release pressure using Quick Release or Natural Release methods.
- Open the lid by rotating counterclockwise and lifting up. Ensure pressure is fully released before opening.
- Check lid parts are assembled correctly.
- Remove inner pot, add food and liquid (never exceed max level).
- Place inner pot inside cooker base.
- Close lid completely by aligning marks and rotating clockwise.
- Position pressure release handle to 'Sealing' for pressure cooking.
Troubleshooting and error codes
