Warranty Summary

  1. Steps before use: Activate the device by pressing the Button for 2 seconds or connecting the charger.
  2. Start device: Insert a [Fiit] tobacco stick, close the cover, and press the Button for 2 seconds until vibration. Preheating starts (approx. 25 seconds).
  3. Use: Once preheating ends (vibration), the device is ready for up to 14 puffs or 5 minutes.
  4. Removing the tobacco stick: Unscrew the stick 3 times in one direction and pull it out.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
I cannot insert the stick into the device Remove remnants from previous stick inside the stick insertion part. Pull the Cap out and try again.
My device does not work
  • State LED lights in red for 3 seconds: Battery insufficient. Charge the device.
  • State LED blinks in red 5 times: Device malfunctioning. Reset the device.
  • State LED blinks in orange for 3 seconds: Device cooling down. Wait until stabilized.
How can I reset the device? Press the Button for 8 seconds.
