Getting Started:

  • Power On/Off: Press the /I ATT button briefly to turn on, press and hold to turn off.
  • Source Selection: Press the SRC button to cycle through sources (TUNER, DAB, CD, iPod, USB, etc.).
  • Volume Adjustment: Use the VOL-/VOL+ buttons.
  • Radio Tuning: Use the BAND button to select bands (FM1-FM3, AM) and the ◄◄/►► buttons to search for stations. Use Auto Search to find strong stations.
  • Disc/USB Playback: Insert a disc or USB memory. Playback starts automatically. Use playback mode buttons (RPT, RND) for repeat or random play.
  • Sound Adjustments: Press SEL, then select EQ, Subwoofer, VolAdjust, or Loudness to customize the sound. Preset sound modes (i-EQ) are also available.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptoms Solutions/Causes

Disc not recognized (“No Disc”, “Loading Error”, “Eject Error” flashing). Eject the disc forcibly (see page 2).
Sound recorded on the disc is sometimes interrupted. Stop playback on rough roads. Change the disc. Check cables and connections.
Disc does not play (MP3/WMA). Use discs with MP3/WMA tracks recorded in ISO 9660 Level 1, Level 2, Romeo, or Joliet format. Add the .mp3 or .wma extension to filenames. Do not add extensions to files that are not MP3/WMA. Avoid complex folder hierarchies.
Humming sound. Switch to another track or change the disc.
“File Check” flashing for a long time. Reading time varies depending on the USB memory. Avoid complex folder hierarchies.
“No Files” displayed. Turn the unit off and on again. Connect a USB memory containing correctly recorded tracks. The track may not be playable.
“Not Support” displayed, proceeding to next track. Switch to the next track encoded in a compatible format, or to a WMA track without copy protection.
“NO MUSIC” displayed. Replace the disc containing MP3 or WMA tracks.
Incorrect characters displayed (e.g., album title). This unit can only display letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers, a limited number of symbols, and special characters (see page 38).
Sound is sometimes interrupted during playback. MP3 or WMA tracks may not have been copied correctly to the USB memory. Re-copy the tracks.
“No Disc” displayed. Insert the disc into the loading slot.
“No Magazine” displayed. Insert the loading mechanism.
“Reset 08” displayed. Connect the unit to the CD changer and press the reset button.
“Reset 01” – “Reset 07” displayed. Press the reset button of the CD changer.
Automatic CD changer does not work. Réorient the receiver (see page 2).
