| Source does not switch to "USB" when a USB device is connected. | The USB port is drawing more power than its design limit. Turn off the unit, disconnect the USB device, turn on the unit, then reconnect the USB device. If the problem persists, turn the unit on/off or reinitialize it before replacing the USB device. |
| iPod/iPhone does not turn on or function. | Check the connection between the unit and the iPod/iPhone. Disconnect and perform a forced reset of the iPod/iPhone. |
| "LOADING" appears when accessing search mode. | The unit is preparing the iPod/iPhone music list. This may take some time. Try again later. |
| "NO DISC" | Insert a playable disc into the slot. |
| "NO DEVICE" | Connect a USB/iPod/iPhone device and switch to the USB/iPod/iPhone source. |
