Basic Operations

Troubleshooting and error codes

Bluetooth device cannot find the main unit. The device does not allow simultaneous connection of a mobile phone and an audio device via Bluetooth. If the main unit is already paired with another device, it cannot be found by a different device. Disconnect the connected device and search again. Check Bluetooth settings on the device. Search from the Bluetooth device. After the device finds the main unit, select "Open" on the main unit and establish a connection. Enter the same PIN code as on the main unit and the device to be connected. Select one of the devices from the "SPECIAL" section, then try connecting again.
The system cannot find the Bluetooth device. Check the device's Bluetooth settings.
