- Powering On/Off: Press and hold SOURCE to turn the unit on or off. The unit automatically turns off after 15 minutes of inactivity.
- FM Radio Operation: Extend the telescopic aerial. Press SOURCE repeatedly to select radio mode. Use / buttons to tune to desired stations. Press and hold / or for 2 seconds to scan for stations. Up to 20 stations can be preset.
- CD Playback: Press SOURCE to select CD mode. Playback starts automatically. Use / buttons to adjust volume. Press to pause/resume playback, press to stop. Use / to select tracks.
- USB Operation: Press SOURCE to select USB mode. Playback controls are similar to CD mode.
- AUX Input: Connect an audio cable to the AUX IN jack and press SOURCE to select AUX mode to listen to external devices.
- Bluetooth Operation: Press SOURCE to select Bluetooth mode. Pair your device by selecting "RD-F421B" from the Bluetooth menu. Start playback on your Bluetooth device.
Troubleshooting and error codes
