- Powering On/Off: Press the 1/I (STANDBY/ON) button.
- Disc Operations: Use the Disc Tray (3) and the (OPEN/CLOSE) button (6).
- Playback Control: Use (PLAY) (7), II (PAUSE) (8), (STOP) (9), SKIP (◄/►) (10, 11) buttons.
- Audio Settings: Adjust VOLUME (12) and MUTING.
- Radio Tuning: Select FM or AM using FUNCTION, then use TUNING (10, 11) or PRESET (13) buttons.
- Display Information: Press DISPLAY to show disc information.
- Setup Menu: Press SETUP to access settings like Language, Display, and Audio.
- Connections: Connect TV, speakers, and other devices as shown in the Installation and Setup section.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| No picture. | • The TV is not set to receive DVD signal output. | Select the appropriate video input mode on the TV so the picture from the DVD/CD Receiver appears on the TV screen. |
| There is no sound or only a very low-level sound is heard. | • The video cable is not connected securely. | Connect the video cable into the jacks securely. |
| The playback picture is poor. | • The connected TV power is turned off. | Turn on the TV. |
| The DVD/CD Receiver does not start playback. | • The equipment connected with the audio cable is not set to receive DVD signal output. | Select the correct input mode of the audio receiver so you can hear the sound from the DVD/CD Receiver. |
| Loud hum or noise is heard. | • The audio cables are not connected securely. | Connect the audio cable into the jacks securely. |
