Warranty Information
Unauthorized design alterations void the manufacturer's guarantee and warranty.
SECTION 1 PRECAUTION
1.1 Safety Precautions:
(1) Do not make changes to the original design unless authorized by the manufacturer. Use identical replacement parts. Services must be performed by qualified personnel.
(2) Alterations or additions will void the warranty and relieve the manufacturer of responsibility.
(3) Many electrical and mechanical parts have special safety-related characteristics. Use replacement parts identified in the Parts List.
(4) Observe original lead routing and dress after reassembling.
(5) Perform leakage shock hazard testing after reassembling. Leakage current must not exceed 0.5mA AC (r.m.s.).
1.2 Warning:
(1) Equipment designed to meet international safety standards.
(2) Repairer is responsible for maintaining safety standards.
(3) Repairs must follow relevant safety standards.
(4) Safety critical components must be replaced by approved parts.
(5) Check mains voltage selector setting for local voltage.
1.3 Caution:
Be aware of burrs formed during molding on chassis parts.
1.4 Critical parts for safety:
Parts marked with black shading or 'A' are critical for safety. Use same type and rating for replacements.
