Using the Icon Buttons/Thumbnails
Tap to select buttons or thumbnails. Drag to search for files.
Recording Files
Open LCD, press button for Video/Still mode. Press START/STOP to record.
Still Image Recording
Press halfway to focus, fully to take photo.
Changing Menu Settings
Tap MENU to display the menu, then tap desired selection. Use touch screen to scroll.
Playback
Open LCD, select playback mode, press button for Video/Still. Tap thumbnail to play.
Playback on TV
Connect to TV via HDMI mini or Component/AV. Turn on camera/TV, select TV input.
File Backup (Windows)
Install software, turn off camera, connect to PC via USB. Tap [CONNECT TO PC], then [BACK UP]. Select volume, start backup.
View Your Video (Windows)
Use Everio MediaBrowser 3 BE. Click Device>Camcorder or Library>Calendar.
Archive & Share Overview
Use JVC software to copy videos to PC or create AVCHD discs. Upload to YouTube™™.
