| White Balance cannot be activated. | Disengage Sepia or Monotone modes. |
| Black & White Fader does not work. | Disengage Sepia or Monotone modes. |
| Image looks like shutter speed is too slow. | Set "GAIN UP" to "AGC" or "OFF". |
| No E-MAIL CLIP STORED | Ensure video clip files are stored on the memory card. |
| CARD ERROR! | Remove and re-insert memory card. If problem persists, card may be corrupted. |
| UNSUPPORTED FILE! | Ensure file compatibility with the camcorder. |
| CHECK CARD'S WRITE PROTECTION SWITCH | Check write protection tab on SD Memory Card. |
| E01, E02 or E06 | Remove and reattach battery. Consult dealer if problem persists. |
| E03 or E04 | Eject and reinsert tape. Consult dealer if problem persists. |
| POWER/CHARGE lamp does not light during charging. |

| "SET DATE/TIME!" appears. | Charge the clock's lithium battery for over 24 hours. |
| Files stored in memory card cannot be deleted. | Remove protection from files before deleting. |
| When image is printed, black bar appears at bottom. | Record with "DIS" activated. |
| Camcorder does not operate when connected via DV connector. | Turn camcorder power off and on again. |
| Images on LCD monitor appear dark or whitish. |
