Charging the Battery

1. Close the LCD to turn off the power.
2. Attach the battery.
3. Connect the AC adapter into the DC Terminal.
4. Connect the AC adapter to the outlet.

Recording Files

Video Recording

1. Open the LCD to turn on the unit.
2. Press the "Mode" button to select the Recording mode.
3. Press the "Play/Record" button to select the video or still image mode.
4. Press the "Record" button to start recording.
5. Press the "Record" button again to stop recording.

Still Image Recording

1. Press halfway to focus (lights up green when focused).
2. Press fully to take a still image.

Playback Videos

1. Open the LCD monitor to turn on the unit.
2. Press the "Mode" button to select the playback mode.
3. Press the "Play/Record" button to select the video or still image mode.
4. Select from the index screen (highlight thumbnails) using the Slider.
5. Touch the "OK" button.
