| When the unit is not working properly | Reset this unit by opening the terminal cover, removing power cord and cables, closing LCD monitor, and pressing the reset button with a pointed object. |
| Battery Pack - Unable to charge the battery. | Ensure charging with supplied AC adapter. Check connection. Charge within 10°C to 35°C (50°F to 95°F). Use original AC adapter. |
| Battery Pack - The remaining battery display is not correct. | Use in extreme temperatures or repeated charging may affect display. |
| Battery Pack - The battery runs out quickly even after charging. | Use original AC adapter. Battery performance drops in cold temperatures (-10°C to 0°C). Replace battery if it runs out very quickly even after full charge. |
| Power supply - Unable to turn on the power. | Charge the battery for more than 20 minutes if the power is low. |
| Recording - Recording cannot be performed. | Check the REC button. Set to recording mode. |
| Recording - Recording stops automatically. | Recording stops after 12 or more consecutive hours. Turn off and on the unit. Unit may stop automatically to protect circuit when temperature rises. |
