Getting Started:
- Adjust the grip belt.
- Set the date and time by tapping the screen and using the on-screen controls.
- Open the terminal cover to access the SD card slot.
Charging the Battery:
- Connect the adapter cable to the AC adapter and then to the unit's USB socket.
- Plug the AC adapter into an outlet. The charging lamp indicates charging status.
Inserting an SD Card:
- Open the terminal cover.
- Insert the SD card with the label facing the correct direction.
Video Recording:
- Check the recording mode is set to video and Intelligent Auto (i.A.).
- Press the START/STOP button to begin recording; press again to stop.
- Use the zoom lever to adjust magnification.
Playback/Deleting Files:
- Select video or photo mode, then select playback mode.
- Tap on a file to play it. Use on-screen controls for playback and deletion.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| LCD monitor damage | Do not push or apply shock to the LCD. Avoid rubbing with coarse cloth. |
| Unit falling or dropping | Fasten grip belt securely. Securely attach to tripod if used. Parental guidance needed for children. |
