| When the unit is not working properly | Troubleshooting Steps |

| Resetting this Unit | 1. Open the terminal cover. Remove the power cord and all connecting cables. 2. Close the LCD monitor to turn off this unit. 3. Press the Reset button gently using an object with pointed tip. |
| Charging | Unable to charge the battery: Ensure using the supplied AC adapter. Check connections. Charge within the temperature range of 10°C to 35°C. Charging is not possible with progressive (60p) recording or Wi-Fi function. |
| The remaining battery display is not correct. | If the unit is used for long periods in high/low temperatures, or if the battery is repeatedly charged, the battery level may not be displayed correctly. |
| The battery runs out quickly even after charging. | Ensure using the supplied AC adapter. Battery performance drops temporarily between -10°C to 0°C. Battery may need replacement if recording time becomes extremely short. |
| Power supply | Unable to turn on the power: Charge the battery for at least 40 minutes before turning on the power if the battery is low. |

| Bright or dark spots on screen: | 0.01% of pixels may have spots. Not a malfunction. Spots will not be recorded. |

| Unit heats up: | Not a malfunction. Stop using if it gets too warm. |
