Troubleshooting and error codes

| Charging | Unable to charge the battery: Ensure using the supplied AC adapter. Check connections. Charge within the temperature range of 10°C to 35°C. Charging is not possible with progressive (60p) recording or Wi-Fi function. |
| The remaining battery display is not correct. | If the unit is used for long periods in high/low temperatures, or if the battery is repeatedly charged, the battery level may not be displayed correctly. |
| The battery runs out quickly even after charging. | Ensure using the supplied AC adapter. Battery performance drops temporarily between -10°C to 0°C. Battery may need replacement if recording time becomes extremely short. |
| Power supply | Unable to turn on the power: Charge the battery for at least 40 minutes before turning on the power if the battery is low. |
| Recording | Recording cannot be performed: Check the button. Set to recording mode by tapping the REC button. |
| Recording stops automatically. | Recording stops automatically after 12+ consecutive hours. Turn off, wait, and turn on again. Unit stops automatically to protect the circuit when temperature rises. |
| The continuous shooting speed of still images is slow. | Speed may drop with repeated use, depending on the SD card, or under certain recording conditions. |

| Recorded subject too dark: | Use backlight compensation, "LIGHT", or "GAIN UP" in the menu. Adjust "BRIGHTNESS ADJUST" to "+". |

| Color looks strange (bluish, reddish): | Wait for natural colors to be achieved. Set "WHITE BALANCE" to "MANUAL" or adjust accordingly. |
| Color looks different: | Set "WHITE BALANCE" accordingly. |
| Bright or dark spots on screen: | 0.01% of pixels may have spots. Not a malfunction. Spots will not be recorded. |
| Other Problems | Buttons on touch screen do not work: Tap with fingers. Disable "SCREEN LOCK". |
| Image is grainy: | Occurs when digital zoom is used. |
| Unit heats up: | Not a malfunction. Stop using if it gets too warm. |
| Language on display changed: | May occur when connecting to TV via HDMI. Adjust language setting on TV. |
| When connected to TV via HDMI, proper images and sounds not output: | Disconnect and reconnect HDMI cable. Turn unit off and on again. Set "HDMI CONTROL" to "OFF". |
| HDMI-CEC functions do not work properly: | TVs may operate differently. Set "HDMI CONTROL" to "OFF". |
| Unit operates slowly: | Copy all files to computer and erase from unit. |
| SD Card | Cannot insert SD card: Ensure correct orientation. Do not use miniSD/microSD cards. |

| This unit does not function properly and error messages appear. | Close monitor screen to turn off power, remove AC adapter, press Reset button. If problem persists, contact dealer. |
| CHARGE lamp and POWER/ACCESS lamp are blinking and operation is disabled | Close monitor screen to turn off power, remove AC adapter, press Reset button. If problem persists, contact dealer. |
| Error Message? | SET DATE/TIME!: Reset clock after battery depletion. |
