Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem	Action
Video image does not appear on the monitor	Check power supply connection and POWER lamp status. Restart the camera and check for initialization. Check video format setting and monitor cable connection.
Sometimes the video image is not displayed	Check the video format setting and whether the monitor cable is properly connected.
Video image becomes blurry when zoomed to the Tele end	Check camera installation at a stable location. Ensure no vibrating machines or objects are near the camera.
Video image does not appear on the Web browser	Use VLC media player to receive video and audio streams. Download and install VLC media player.
Unable to access camera from the Web browser	Access network via PC to test network access. Disconnect from network, connect camera and PC separately, reset IP address. Check IP address, subnet mask, gateway settings. Ensure no MAC address conflict. Check if HTTP port is occupied.
I forgot the IP address or login password	Manage password properly. If forgotten, reset camera to default settings (IP: 192.168.0.10, User: jvc, Pass: 0000).
Unable to control using the remote control unit	Replace batteries and check again. Check camera operation mode. Ensure camera number configured matches the camera.
Unable to control via the serial port	Check protocol and address consistency. Check cable connections.
Video and audio distortion during streaming	If [Encode Codec] is H.264/H.265, changing [Bit Rate] may improve. If [Encode Codec] is MJPEG, changing [Qfactor] may improve.
