Before Using Your Unit

  • Important Safeguards: Read all safety and operating instructions. Retain for future reference. Heed all warnings. Follow all instructions.
  • Cleaning: Unplug unit, use a damp cloth for exterior only. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
  • Water and Moisture: Do not use near water.
  • Ventilation: Do not block slots. Keep away from heat sources.
  • Grounding/Polarization: Ensure proper plug usage.
  • Power-Cord Protection: Route cords to avoid pinching or walking on them.

Basic Connections

Connect antennas and cable TV systems following diagrams provided. Connect DVD/VCR to TV using coaxial, S-Video, or component cables.

Setting Up

Set Video Channel, Language, and Tuner settings. Use Auto Clock Setting for automatic time updates, and Time Zone/Daylight Saving Time settings.

Playback Operation

Use remote control for playback functions like Play, Stop, Search, Zoom, Repeat, and program playback.

Troubleshooting and error codes

The remote control does not function. Aim at the remote control at the remote sensor. Operate within Approx. 5 Meters or reduce the light in the room. Clear the path of the beam. VCR
