This JVC limited warranty covers parts for 1 year and labor for 90 days for original purchasers in the US, DC, and Puerto Rico.
Basic Operations
- Turning on/off the unit: Use the STANDBY/ON button to turn the unit on or off (standby). The STANDBY indicator lights when the power cord is connected and the unit is on standby.
- Inserting and removing discs: Use the OPEN/CLOSE button to open and close the disc tray. Load discs onto the tray.
- Basic playback: Press the PLAY button to start playback. Press the STOP button to stop playback completely. Press the PAUSE button to pause playback temporarily.
- Fast forward/reverse: Use the SKIP buttons (◄◄ / ►►) to advance or reverse playback rapidly while monitoring.
- Resuming playback: Press the ENTER button while holding down the button to memorize the interrupted position. Press the PLAY button to resume playback from the memorized position.
Advanced Operations
- Playing from a specific position: Use various functions like DIGEST, CHAP.SEARCH, or TIME SEARCH to locate specific scenes or tracks.
Troubleshooting and error codes
