Initial Settings
1. Turn on the TV. This prompt appears only on the first power-on.
2. Select your preferred language from the list.
3. Select the Teletext language group. For unreadable characters, refer to page 12.
4. The TV will automatically register channels. Follow the progress bar.
5. Review the registered channels. You can edit them later (Page 16).
6. Confirm the settings.
Basic Operations
Remote Control:
- Volume: Adjust using VOLUME +/- buttons. Mute with MUTING.
- Channels: Change using CHANNEL +/- buttons or by entering numbers.
- Input Selection: Use TV/VIDEO button.
- Menu: Access settings via MENU/OK button. Navigate with directional buttons and select with OK.
- Teletext: Access Teletext pages using the TEXT button.
- Favourite Channels: Register and recall up to 4 channels.
Picture Settings
Access PICTURE settings via the MENU button to adjust:
- Colour System
- Picture Mode (BRIGHT, SOFT, STANDARD)
- White Balance
- Backlight, Contrast, Brightness, Sharpness, Colour, Tint
- DigiPure, Pull Down, Digital VNR
- Eco Mode
- Aspect Ratio, Colour Management, Picture Management, Blue Back, Demo Mode
Sound Settings
Access SOUND settings via the MENU button to adjust:
- Bass, Treble, Balance
- Cinema Surround
- Sound System (Mono, Stereo, Bilingual)
Customized Settings
Access SET UP menu for:
- Sleep Timer, On Timer
- Auto Shutoff
- Appearance (Menu format)
- Child Lock
- Language
- Channel Guard (Parental controls)
- Video-1, HDMI Settings
- External Source Selection
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Strange picture when using an external device. | • If the top of the image is distorted, check the video signal quality itself. • If movement appears unnatural when receiving a signal from a DVD player, etc. with 625p (progressive-scanning), change the output setting of the external device to 625i (interlace-scanning). |
