First steps:

  • Safety warnings: Connect to a 220-240V, 50Hz outlet. Do not allow the TV to fall, attempt self-repair, cut the power cord, or expose to moisture. Unplug when not in use. Avoid obstructions to ventilation. Handle the LCD panel with care. Never place objects on the TV or insert objects into openings. Never listen to headphones at high volume. Do not carry the TV alone.
  • Getting started: Attach the stand following page 4 instructions. Ensure correct power requirements. Wall mounting requires an optional unit and qualified technician. Install with adequate room for ventilation. Check accessories and insert batteries. Connect external devices like VCRs, DVD players, game consoles, and satellite receivers using the appropriate ports (HDMI, DVI, Component, SCART, Audio).
  • Basic Operation: Turn on the TV and remote. Use the remote to change channels, adjust volume, mute sound, and access menus. You can view TV, Teletext, and connected videos/DVDs.
  • Customization: Adjust Picture, Sound, and Features settings to your preference. Set up initial channel registration, edit channels, and configure external input settings.

Black or white dots appear on the screen • LCD panels use fine dots ("pixels") to display images.

Strange picture when using an external device • If the top of the image is distorted, check the video signal quality itself.
• If movement appears unnatural when receiving a signal from a DVD player, etc. with 625p (progressive-scanning), change the output setting of the external device to 625i (interlace-scanning).
Blue screen appears on the screen • Switch "Blue Back" to "Off". 21
Poor sound • Adjust the "Bass" and "Treble".
• If receiving a poor signal in "Stereo / I-II", switch to "O" (monaural).
