- Is the ice maker arm in the OFF (arm up) position?
- Is the water line shut-off valve to the refrigerator turned on?
- Is an ice cube jammed in the ejector arm?
- Does the ice maker mold have water in it or has no ice been produced?

- Has the ice maker just been installed?
- Has a large amount of ice just been removed?
- Is the control set correctly?
- Is the water shut-off valve turned completely on?
- Is there a water filter installed on the refrigerator?
