Warranty Information

Turning Power On

  • Ensure the TV or AV amplifier is set to the correct input.
  • Press the POWER ON/OFF button on the player or the POWER button on the remote (when in standby mode).
  • The player reads discs and indicates their presence. Playback may start automatically if a disc is present.
  • "NO PLAY" is displayed for unplayable discs.
  • To enter standby mode, press the POWER button on the remote. The "STANDBY" indicator will light up.
  • To turn off the player completely, press the POWER ON/OFF button on the main unit.

Inserting Discs

  • The disc tray accommodates up to five discs and can be changed during playback.
  • Press the button to open/close the tray. Never move the tray by hand.
  • Ensure the label side faces upward.
  • Place discs along the groove on the tray. Do not place discs obliquely or on another disc.
  • Do not use CD single adapters.
  • Press the DISC SKIP button to change the tray position for inserting/removing discs.

Playing Discs

  • Press the button in stop mode to start playback.
  • When using the remote, press the or ENTER button.
  • The disc indicator will light up, and the TV screen will show "Play".
  • The appropriate disc type indicator (CD, VCD, DVD AUDIO, DVD VIDEO, MP3) will be lit.
  • Some DVD and VCD discs may display a menu at the beginning.

Playing from the Selected Disc

  • Press one of the DISC 1 to 5 buttons to select a disc.
  • On the remote, press SHIFT, then press the desired DISC button within 5 seconds.
  • The disc number indicator will light up, and playback starts.
  • DISC buttons are invalid in random and program modes.

Troubleshooting and error codes
