Introduction

Thank you for selecting KENWOOD speakers. This booklet will help you achieve peak performance.

Important Safeguards

• Suffocation: Dispose of polyethylene bags out of reach of children.
• Water and moisture: Do not use near water sources.
• Heat: Avoid installing near heat sources or direct sunlight.
• Modification: Do not attempt to open or modify the unit.
• Cleaning: Use a clean, dry cloth; avoid volatile solvents.
• Abnormal smell: If detected, turn off power, unplug, and contact service.

Installation

Positioning For Optimal Surround Sound

• Front/Right Speakers: Place opposite sides of the TV, angled towards the listening area.
• Center Speaker: Place above or below the TV, aligned with the center, tilted towards listeners.
• Rear (Surround) Speakers: Place high, to the sides or slightly behind the listening area, facing listeners.

Installation Methods

• On Floor or Shelf: Place on a stable horizontal surface, avoid knocking over.
• On the Wall: Use mount holes for vertical or horizontal hanging. Follow specific screw placement and hanging instructions.

Connections

Connect speaker wires to matching colored terminals. Ensure the amplifier is turned OFF before connecting/disconnecting.

• Twist wire, push connector, insert wire, release.
• Connect to FRONT SPEAKERS, CENTER SPEAKER, and REAR (SURROUND) SPEAKERS terminals on your amplifier/receiver.

Notes:

• Do not exceed the speaker's maximum input power.
• Ensure your amplifier/receiver is compatible with 8-ohm speakers.
• Never short (+) and (-) wires.
• Do not reverse L/R or (+/-) connections to avoid unnatural sound.
