Warranty Information
Refer to the warranty card supplied with the product for warranty details.
- Monitor Scope: Observe transmit waveform from 1.8-150 MHz with applicable power levels up to 2KW PEP.
- Oscilloscope: Functions with 20 mV/div sensitivity and 2 Hz-10 MHz bandwidth.
- Two-Tone Generator: Generates 1000 Hz and 1575 Hz tones individually or simultaneously.
- Pan Display: Optional unit (BS-5/BS-8) for monitoring signal conditions around the receive frequency (±20 KHz or ±100 KHz range).
- Trapezoid Waveform Observation: For linear amplifiers.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| No trace | Check fuse and check CRT socket for contact. |
| Spot only, no Sweep | ±12V and 150V present |
| Saw tooth wave appears on gate of Q122. | Check Q118 ~ Q117 and Q122 for voltage. If necessary, replace. |
| Normal waveform is observed at terminals 5 and 6 | Check Q123 and Q124. |
| High Voltage power supply is OK | Check CRT. If doubtful, substitute. |
| Retrace not blanked. | Check Q120 and Q121. |
