Before Operating

  • Open the door by pulling the handle. If opened during operation, all functions interrupt.
  • Close the door by pushing baskets in, lifting the door, and pushing until it clicks. Do not slam.
  • Items not suitable include towels, sponges, crystal glasses, valuable vases, cracked china, certain plastics, cast iron, copper, brass, tin, and aluminum items.
  • Add detergent or a tablet to the dispenser. Use only dishwasher-specific detergents.
  • Add rinse aid to the reservoir to aid drying and prevent spots.
  • Add salt if you have hard water to prevent deposits. Adjust salt consumption based on water hardness.

Loading the Dishwasher

  • Ensure items are clean from food residue and lipstick.
  • Do not let items nest or cover each other; water must access all surfaces.
  • Hollow items should be placed upside down. Wide items at an angle.
  • Ensure spray arms are not blocked.
  • Upper basket for small, lightweight items; lower basket for large, difficult-to-clean items. Cutlery basket for cutlery.

Starting a Wash Cycle

  • Ensure power and water supply are on.
  • Load baskets, add detergent, and press ON/OFF.
  • Select wash cycle based on needs. Programme indicator light illuminates.
  • Close door firmly. Cycle begins shortly.

End of Programme & Unloading

  • Dishwasher sounds at the end of the cycle.
  • Allow dishes to cool before unloading to prevent breakage.
  • Unload lower basket first, then cutlery, then upper basket to prevent water dripping.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Codes Possible Causes Remedy
E1 Water tap is not turned on.
Low water pressure (<0.04MPa)
Turn on the water tap.
Turn on the water tap and ensure full opening position.
E3, E6, E7 Flow meter is broken.
The wire terminals which connect the flow meter are loose.
The temperature sensor is broken.
Heater element is broken.
The wire terminal connected to the heater is loose.
The wire terminal connected to the temperature sensor is broken.
The wire terminal connected to the temperature sensor is short circuited or open circuited.
• Disconnect from the mains.
• Disconnect the water inlet.
• Call a qualified technician.
E4 The tank is leaking.
The hose is leaking.
The float switch is broken or PCB is faulty.

The dishwasher does not start. The door is not properly closed.
The unit is not connected to the mains.

Close the door firmly.
Insert the plug to the mains.
Press the "on" button and select a programme.
The drain pump is not working properly. Fault code E4 - The anti-flooding system has operated. • Disconnect from the mains.
• Disconnect the water inlet.
• Call a qualified technician.
General problems Problem Possible Causes Remedy
Detergent residue is left in the dispenser at the end of the programme. The detergent dispenser was still damp when detergent was added. Make sure the dispenser is dry before adding detergent.
The detergent dispenser lid cannot be closed properly. Clogged detergent residue is blocking the catch. Clean the catch.
Knocking noise in the wash cabinet. A spray arm is knocking against an item in a basket. Interrupt the programme, and rearrange the items which are obstructing the spray arm. See the section "loading the dishwasher".
Smearing appears on glassware and cutlery. The rinse aid dosage is set too high. Adjust the dial of the rinse aid dispenser to a lower setting.
Dishes, cutlery and glasses are not dry. The amount of rinse aid may be insufficient, or the rinse aid reservoir is almost empty.
Crockery was taken out of the dishwasher too soon.
Not enough rinse aid was used.
Replenish the reservoir, adjust the rinse aid dispenser dial to a higher setting or change the brand of rinse aid.
Leave the crockery in the dishwasher until you hear the audible sound.
Replenish the reservoir, adjust the rinse aid dispenser dial to a higher setting or change the brand of rinse aid.
White residue is visible on cutlery and crockery, clouding occurs on glassware; film can be wiped off. There is not enough salt in the salt reservoir.
The salt reservoir cap has not been screwed on correctly.
Unsuitable detergent has been used.
The salt consumption setting is too low.
Fill the salt reservoir.
Ensure that it is screwed back on correctly.
Change your detergent. Use a dishwasher standard powder detergent.
Select a higher salt consumption setting.
Glassware is dull and discoloured; film cannot be wiped off. The glassware is not dishwasher proof. The surfaces are affected. Wash the non-dishwasher proof glassware by hand.
Tea or lipstick stains have not been completely removed. The wash temperature of the selected programme was too low.
The bleaching effect of the detergent used is too low.
Forgot to pre-rinse or remove the stains with a napkin prior to washing.
Select a programme with a higher wash temperature.
Change your detergent.
