  • Starting a Wash Cycle: Ensure power and water are connected, load dishes (lower basket first, then upper), add detergent, press power on/off, select programme using 'prog.' button, close door firmly, and the cycle will begin.
  • Changing a Programme: Slightly open door to avoid spillage, check detergent dispenser. If closed, press and hold 'prog.' for 3 secs, then select new programme. Close door firmly.
  • End of Programme: Dishwasher beeps. Leave door closed to allow cooling and prevent steam damage, or open fully to cool dishes faster. Unload lower basket first, then cutlery, then upper basket to avoid drips.
  • Switching Off: Press 'Power on/off' button. Disconnect from mains and water if not in use for a long period.
  • Delay Start: Load dishes, turn on, select programme, set delay time using 'Delay' button, close door.
  • Half Load: Load dishes, turn on, select programme, press '1/2' button, close door.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Dishwasher does not start. The door is not properly closed. Close the door firmly.
The unit is not connected to the mains socket. Connect the mains plug to the mains socket.
The unit is not switched on. Press the On/Off button and select a programme.
E1 Water tap is not turned on. Turn on the water tap.
Low water pressure (<0.04MPa) Turn on the water tap and ensure it is in full position.
Flow meter is broken. Connect the mains plug to the mains socket.
E4 The wire terminals which connect the flow meter are loose. • Disconnect from the mains.

The tank is leaking. • Disconnect from the mains.
• Disconnect the water inlet.
• Call a qualified technician.
The hose is leaking. • Disconnect from the mains.
• Disconnect the water inlet.
• Call a qualified technician.
The float switch is broken or PCB is faulty. • Disconnect from the mains.
• Disconnect the water inlet.
• Call a qualified technician.
