Cooking Hob Operation
- To ignite a burner, press and turn the corresponding knob counter-clockwise to the full flame position. Hold until the flame is lit. If mains failure occurs, use a match or taper.
- Wait a few seconds for the safety valve to activate before releasing the knob.
- Adjust the gas flow to the desired position using the knob.
- If a flame extinguishes, turn the gas off, wait 1 minute, then relight.
- Ensure appropriate pan sizes are used for each burner to optimize heat and energy efficiency.
Oven Operation
- Select the desired cooking function using the Function Selector Knob.
- Set the desired temperature using the Temperature Knob. The indicator light will show when heating elements are ON or OFF.
- For the Fan Main Oven, functions include Oven Light, Defrosting Frozen Foods, Hot Air Cooking, and Grilling.
- For the Conventional Oven, functions include Oven Light, Traditional Convection Cooking, and Grilling.
- Preheat the oven when necessary, especially for convection cooking.
- Turn off the oven 5-10 minutes before the theoretical cooking time to utilize stored heat.
- Always use oven gloves when handling hot items.
