Top Oven (Conventional) Operation:

  • Temperature Knob: Set desired temperature.
  • Function Selector Knob: Choose cooking mode (Traditional Convection, Lower Heating Element, Upper Heating Element, Grilling).
  • Oven Light: Illuminates cavity, controlled by selector knob.
  • Traditional Convection: Uses upper and lower elements for even cooking. Preheat recommended.
  • Lower/Upper Heating Element: Uses single element for specific cooking needs.
  • Grilling: Uses infra-red element for intense grilling. Use with door closed.

Main Oven (Multifunction) Operation:

  • Temperature Knob: Set desired temperature.
  • Function Selector Knob: Choose from 7 functions (Oven Light/Cooling Fan, Traditional Convection, Grilling, Defrosting, Hot Air Cooking, Ventilated Grill Cooking, Maintaining Temperature/Slow Cooking, Convection Cooking with Ventilation).
  • Electronic Programmer: Allows for 24hr clock, timer, automatic and semi-automatic oven cooking programs.
  • Manual Cooking: Cancel the 'AUTO' setting to operate manually.
  • Automatic Cooking: Set cooking length, end time, temperature, and program. Oven starts and stops automatically.
  • Semi-Automatic Cooking: Set cooking period; oven switches off automatically.
