Initial Use:
- Perform an "empty" cooking cycle to remove smells/smoke.
- Turn dial (I) to symbol, set max temperature, timer to 15 minutes.
- Operate with the door open in a well-aired environment.
- Ventilate the room afterwards.
Instructions for Use:
- Prepare food on grill (C) or in drip pan (D).
- Plug in and select cooking type using dial (I): upper, lower, or full power.
- Activate hot air fan function (H) if needed for even cooking.
- Set required temperature with thermostat dial (G).
- Place food on grill (C) at desired level (E) using fork (N).
- Insert drip pan (D) below grill (C) to collect fat. Add water to drip pan to prevent smoke/odors.
- For food in drip pan, insert grill (C) first, then drip pan (D).
- Position food at least 2cm from top heating element.
- Use dial (M) to set cooking time. Oven starts cooking; light (L) turns on and off when temp is reached or dial (I) is reset.
- Monitor food. Oven stops automatically when timer elapses or dial (H) is at position.
- Unplug, open door, remove grill (C) or drip pan (D) using gloves or fork (N).
Rotisserie Cooking:
- Slide carving forks onto brochette (P), screw to lock. Tie and skewer food, centering it. Slide second fork. Adjust if needed.
- Remove grill (C), place drip pan (D) below brochette position (P).
- Insert brochette (P) into cavity on right, fix to motor shaft. Place other end on left support (Fig. 4).
- Plug in, select rotisserie cooking with or without fan using dial (H).
- Set temperature (G) and timer (M). Oven starts cooking; light (L) on/off as described above.
- Monitor roast. Oven stops automatically.
- Unplug, open door, lift brochette using fork (O), remove from motor shaft (Fig. 5).

Refer to the table on page 7 and 22 for specific recipes, degrees, times, and functions.
Cleaning:
- Frequent cleaning prevents smoke/odors.
- Drip pan (D), grill (C), and brochette (P) can be washed in warm soapy water or dishwasher (top rack).
- Wipe exterior with a damp sponge. Avoid abrasive products.
- For interior, do not use aluminum-corroding products. Do not scrape with sharp objects. Wipe with damp sponge when cool.
- Enameled parts: wash with soapy water or non-abrasive products.
- For grease spots, use a sponge with hot soapy water.
- Dry with soft cloth. Acidic substances can damage enamel.
