- Switching on: Connect to mains, use control panel to set fridge (2-8°C) and freezer (-16 to -24°C) temperatures. Allow 24 hours for unit to reach correct temperature before loading food.
- Super Freeze Mode: Press and hold Freezer button for 3 seconds. Freezer temperature lowers rapidly. Press and hold Freezer button for 3 seconds again to switch off. Auto-deactivates after 26 hours.
- Holiday Mode: Press and hold Fridge button for 3 seconds. Fridge temperature automatically sets to 15°C. Do not store food in the fridge during this mode. Press and hold Fridge button for 3 seconds to switch off.
- Keeping Food: Store cooked meats above raw meats. Allow air circulation. Pack food separately. Cool cooked food before storing. Limit door openings.
- Freezing Food: Freeze in small quantities. Chill food first. Consider how you will cook it. Use appropriate packaging. Remove air. Pre-form liquids. Label all items with contents and date.
- Defrosting: Defrost at room temperature. Drain liquids. Ensure no ice crystals remain. Cook soon after defrosting. Never re-freeze defrosted food unless cooked first.
