Switching on your unit: Connect the mains cable, then press and hold the power button. The internal temperature is controlled by an electronic panel. Press the °C button to set the fridge temperature between 2-8°C. The freezer temperature defaults to -18°C and cannot be manually adjusted. Allow 24 hours for the unit to cool sufficiently before filling with food. Use a special fridge/freezer thermometer to verify temperatures (-18°C or lower for freezer, 0-8°C for fridge).
Super freeze mode: Press °C to activate. A light will illuminate. The mode deactivates automatically after 52 hours or when switched off.
Holiday mode: For periods away, select holiday mode by pressing °C. A light will illuminate, and the fridge temperature will set to 15°C. Do not store food in the fridge during this mode. Switch off by pressing °C until the light extinguishes.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
The unit does not operate The unit is not plugged in. Ensure the unit is plugged into a suitable socket.
The compressor is not running The unit is not switched on. Press and hold the power button to turn on.
Internal temperature is too high The doors are not closed properly. Check door seals and ensure they are clean and free from obstructions.
The unit has recently been switched on. Allow up to 24 hours for the unit to reach the correct temperature.
The unit is located near a heat source or in direct sunlight. Reposition the unit away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
The temperature setting is incorrect. Adjust the temperature setting.
Excessive noise The unit is not level. Adjust the levelling feet at the front of the unit.
The unit is touching surrounding cabinets. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit.
Water on the floor The drain hole is blocked. Clean the drain hole at the back of the unit.
Condensation on the outside of the unit High humidity in the room. Wipe off any moisture residue. If the problem continues, contact a qualified technician.
