Switching on your unit: Connect to mains, adjust fridge temperature (2-8°C, 4°C recommended) using the 'Set' button. Adjust freezer temperature using the 'Freezer Control' slider (Optimal position recommended). Allow 24 hours for the unit to reach the correct temperature before adding food. Do not overfill.

Super Freeze Mode: Press and hold 'Set' for 3 seconds to activate. The Super indicator will light up. Fridge temperature cannot be changed during this mode. It automatically switches off after 50 hours or can be manually switched off by holding 'Set' for 3 seconds.

Keeping Food: Store cooked meats/fish above raw meats/fish. Allow air circulation. Pack or cover food separately. Cool pre-cooked food before storing. Limit door openings.

Freezing: Use quality food, freeze in small quantities. Cool cooked food first. Consider cooking methods. Use freezer bags, film, or suitable containers. Exclude air. Leave space for liquid expansion. Pre-form liquids into square blocks. Label food with contents and date.

Defrosting: Defrost at room temperature, drain liquid. Ensure no ice-crystals remain. Cook food soon after defrosting. Never re-freeze defrosted food unless cooked first.
