Control Panel Overview

The electronic control panel on the door manages the unit's temperature. Ensure the child lock is disabled before making adjustments.

Temperature Settings

  • Fridge: Range 2°C to 8°C. Press the 'Fridge' button repeatedly to set.
  • Freezer: Range -14°C to -24°C. Press the 'Freezer' button repeatedly to set.

Special Modes

  • Super Cool: Press and hold 'Super Cool' for 3 seconds. Fridge temperature drops to 2°C for 3 hours.
  • Super Freeze: Press and hold 'Super Freeze' for 3 seconds. Freezer temperature drops to -24°C for 26 hours.
  • Holiday Mode: Activates for extended periods away. Ice maker turns off automatically. Do not store food in the fridge.
  • Eco Mode: Press 'Eco' button. Fridge sets to 8°C, Freezer to -15°C to save energy.

Other Functions

  • Door Alarm: Sounds if a door is left open for over 2 minutes.
  • Child Lock: Press and hold 'Child Lock' for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate.
  • Ice/Water Dispenser: Press 'Cubed', 'Crushed', or 'Water' buttons. Flush lines before first use and discard first day's ice.
  • Ice Maker On/Off: Press 'Ice Off' button. An icon will illuminate when off.

Tips

  • Store food properly for optimal cooling and air circulation.
  • Limit door openings to prevent cold air escape.
  • Freeze food in small, appropriate portions.
  • Always cool pre-cooked food before storing.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit does not operate Unit is not plugged in. Plug in the unit.
Unit is not switching on Power cut or fuse blown. Check the power supply and fuse.
Interior light does not work LED panel failure. Contact a qualified service agent.
Compressor runs continuously The ambient temperature is too high. Ensure the unit is in a suitable environment (10°C - 43°C).
Too much or too little cooling Temperature is not set correctly. Adjust the temperature settings.
Unit is noisy Normal operational noises. Refer to the 'Noises inside the unit!' section.
Door alarm sounds Door is open for more than 2 minutes. Close the door or press the 'Alarm' button.
Ice/Water dispenser not working Ice maker is turned off. Turn the ice maker on.
Water leaks from dispenser Ice bucket not installed correctly. Re-install the ice bucket.
Condensation on the unit Change in room temperature. Wipe off moisture. If persistent, contact a technician.
