Warranty Information

Offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for Hassle-Free Replacement or repair.

Getting Started: Before first use, clean all parts. Place the Air Fryer on a dry, flat surface with at least 4" clearance on all sides. Plug into a grounded 3-prong outlet. Upon first use, the Air Fryer may produce light smoke, which is normal.

Cooking Functions: Select the desired cooking mode using the function knob. Adjust temperature and time as needed. Press Start to begin cooking. Some functions may require preheating. The convection fan can be toggled on/off for certain modes. Refer to the manual for specific function details (Dehydrate, Proof, Bagel, Toast, Air Fry, Bake, Broil, Reheat, Keep Warm).

Care and Cleaning: Allow the Air Fryer and accessories to cool completely before cleaning. Unplug the unit. Remove crumb tray and Air Fry basket. Hand wash recommended for oven rack, multipurpose pan, and broiling rack. Interior has a nonstick coating; use a nylon or polyester mesh pad, sponge, or cloth. Wipe exterior with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are dry before re-use.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
If the oven fails to start Check to see if the oven is plugged into a grounded 3 prong outlet. Check to see if the fuse in the circuit breaker box to the oven is in working order.
If the problem cannot be corrected See the "KitchenAid® Warranty and Service" sections. Do not return the Air Fryer to the retailer – retailers do not provide service.
If the wrong temperature unit is displayed Press and hold the Convection button for 3 seconds to switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C) temperature units.
Upper cooking elements visibly glow, but bottom cooking elements do not The upper cooking elements use higher power for better browning performance. The lower cooking elements are on, but may not visibly glow like the upper cooking elements. This is normal and your Air Fryer is working properly.
If "E1 or E2" flashes on the display and a chime sounds The NTC Sensor may not be working. This issue can not be corrected. Please see the "KitchenAid® Warranty and Service" sections.
If "PF" is shown on the display The oven will display “PF” when it is powered up for the first time, or has experienced a power failure. If a cooking function was in process, dispose of food; it might not be thoroughly cooked.
