Warranty Information

One-year limited warranty covering replacement or repair for defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Baking & Reheating: Top and bottom elements cycle to maintain temperature. Convection fan (KCO223) circulates heat. Use recommended rack positions. Preheat for 5 minutes.
  • Broiling & Top Browning: Only top elements heat. Use upper rack position. Food should be at least 1" from elements. Door must be closed.
  • Toasting: Both top and bottom elements heat. Place bread directly on rack. Use TOAST setting and Toast control knob. Time control knob does not work with Toast function.
  • Warming: Only lower elements heat. Use WARM setting.
  • Tips: Check progress through glass door. Adjust rack position or temperature if browning is uneven. Remove packaging. Use oven-safe bakeware.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause & Solution
Countertop oven fails to operate.
  • Is it plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet?
  • Is the circuit fuse working? Check circuit breaker. Try unplugging and replugging the oven.
Upper elements glow, bottom elements do not. The upper elements have higher power for better browning. Lower elements are on but may not visibly glow. This is normal.
Power on light is flashing rapidly. The oven has a 4-hour auto shutoff feature. If the constant "on" feature is used, it will shut off after 4 hours and the light will flash rapidly.
