Warranty Information

One year full warranty, five year limited, and ten year limited warranty for tank.

Loading Your Dishwasher: Scrape food from dishes. Load soiled surfaces toward the wash arm. The upper rack is adjustable for different heights. Lightweight plastics and glassware should be secured. Silverware should be placed in the basket with handles up to prevent injury. Avoid nesting items.

Filling Detergent Dispenser: Use automatic dishwasher detergent. Add detergent just before starting. Choose the appropriate fill level (Single, Double, or Triple) based on the cycle and soil level.

Operating Your Dishwasher: Load dishes, add detergent, close and latch the door. Select the desired wash cycle and start. The dishwasher will run automatically.

Cycle Monitor Lights: Indicate the current phase of the cycle (Heating, Wash, Rinse, Dry). All lights out means the cycle is complete.

Troubleshooting and error codes

PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Food Soil Left On Dishes Slowdown of wash arm due to high suds Use recommended dishwasher detergents only. Never use soap or laundry detergent. Add more dishwasher detergent to increase amount of suds inhibitors.
Spotting and Filming Hard water or high mineral content in water Condition the final rinse water with a liquid rinse agent. Keep dispenser full. Consider a water softener.
Cycle Takes Extremely Long Time Water temperature is too low Turn home water heater up to 120°F (49°C) minimum.
Dishes Do Not Dry Completely Dishes do not drain properly Ensure proper water drainage, do not overload, use liquid rinse agent.
Silica Film or Etching Plastics / Water chemical reaction May require hand washing. Use minimum detergent, underload, and remove glasses before drying. Film is permanent.
Black or Gray Marks on Dishes Aluminum markings Load aluminum pieces to avoid rubbing. May be removed with mild abrasive cleaner.
Brown Stains on Dinnerware and Dishwasher Interior High iron or manganese content in water supply Remove with citric acid crystals. Consider an iron removal unit if frequent.
White Spots on Cookware with Non-Stick Finish Seasoning removed by dishwasher detergents Re-season cookware after washing.
Odor in the Dishwasher Dishes only washed every two to three days Run RINSE & HOLD CYCLE at least once or twice a day.
Chipping of Dishware Improper loading Load dishes so they are stable and do not strike each other. Some items are too delicate for automatic dishwashers.
Stainless Steel Filter Needs Frequent Cleaning Filter is not placed correctly / Spray nozzle blocked / Dishes not scraped Ensure filter is seated properly. Clean spray nozzle with a toothpick. Scrape dishes before loading.
