Push and turn knobs to desired heat setting, anywhere between H (High) and L (Low). Use the chart for recommended settings. The Cooktop On indicator light glows when a knob is ON.
Offers flexibility based on cookware size. Use the SINGLE setting for regular use, or the DUAL setting for larger cookware or larger quantities of food. Turn to OFF when finished.
Available on all surface cooking elements, ideal for melting chocolate or butter. Push and turn knob to MELT, then to OFF when finished.
Surface cooking areas glow red when ON (except for Melt/Warming Zone). It may cycle on and off. Clean with a cooktop cleaner and scraper. Avoid dropping heavy objects or leaving hot lids on the surface.
Removes cooking vapors. Turn vent fan knob to L, M, or H. Turn to OFF when finished.
