Disables control panel keys to prevent unintended use. Only TIMER SET/START, TIMER OFF, and OVEN LIGHT keys function when locked. Preset is unlocked.
Allows adjustment for more or less done, except for specific functions (Popcorn, EasyConvect™, Custom Reheat, Custom Defrost, Steam). Adjust by touching POWER for MORE, LESS, or NORMAL before starting.
Keeps the oven on a bake setting until turned off. Timed option available. Only number and start keys function; no tones or display messages. Lower oven is disabled. Oven continues in Sabbath Mode after power failure but will not actively cook.
Broil elements cycle on/off to maintain temperature while the fan circulates air. Preset at 450°F (232°C), adjustable. Door opening/closing affects broil elements and fan operation.
Uses heat and air circulation to preserve food. Turns off automatically after 12 hours; may need to be restarted for longer dehydrating times.
