Washer Won't Drain or Spin Check drain hose for clogs or height issues, lid closure, and excessive sudsing.
Washer Continues to Fill or Drain, Cycle Stuck Ensure drain hose is correctly positioned (higher than water level), not too tight, and has an air gap.

Load Too Wet Verify correct cycle, cold rinse use (normal), and proper load size/balance.
Residue or Lint on Load Check sorting, load balance, water level, detergent amount, and line drying. Also check pockets for paper.
Stains on Load Follow detergent/softener directions, check water iron content, sort loads properly, and unload promptly to prevent dye transfer.
Load Wrinkled Unload promptly, use correct cycle (Casual/Permanent Press), avoid overloading, and check water temperature/hose connections.
Load Tangled or Twisted Avoid overloading and wrapping items around the agitator.
Gray Whites, Dingy Colors Sort loads properly, use appropriate water temperature, ensure sufficient detergent, and check hose connections.
Garments Damaged Check pockets, zippers, snaps, hooks, strings, sashes. Mend items before washing. Avoid overloading. Check bleach usage and follow care labels.
