Getting Started
Charging the battery
Charge the battery fully before using the phone. Connect the AC adapter to the phone and a wall outlet. The battery icon indicates the charge level.
Installing the battery
Follow the steps to install the removable lithium ion battery by opening the battery door, placing the battery, and closing the door.
Performing basic functions
- Turn the phone on/off: Press the power key.
- Make/Answer a call: Enter number and press Send/Talk key; press green key to answer.
- Push to Talk (PTT): Press walkie-talkie button on the side to communicate.
- Access voicemail: Press and hold the voicemail key.
- Silence ringer: Press the left navigation key.
- Lock keypad: Press and hold the left navigation key.
Troubleshooting and error codes
