Warranty Information

Kyocera offers a one-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

  • Powering On/Off: Press and hold the End key.
  • Making Calls: Enter a number and press Send, or select a contact and press Send.
  • Answering Calls: Press Send for earpiece or Speakerphone key for speakerphone.
  • Ending Calls: Press the End key.
  • Volume Control: Use the Volume keys to adjust earpiece volume during a call.
  • Text Entry: Use the keypad in Normal Alpha, Numbers Only, or Rapid Entry modes. Press * Shift to change input modes or case.
  • Recent Calls: Access call lists (All, Incoming, Outgoing, Missed) from the Main Menu.
  • Contacts: Manage contacts (View, Add, Edit, Delete) via the Contacts menu.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Screen frozen, keypad unresponsive Phone needs to be reset 1. Remove the battery cover. 2. Remove and replace the battery.
Phone does not charge Battery or charger issue Ensure the battery is properly installed and the charger is connected correctly. Use only Kyocera-approved accessories.
Cannot make or receive calls No signal or network issue Check the signal strength icon. Move to an area with better reception. Ensure airplane mode is off.
Interference with hearing aids Phone emitting RF energy Look for phones with M-Ratings (M3/M4) or T-Ratings (T3/T4). Keep the phone at least six inches away from the hearing device.
