Getting Started
Finding your phone's serial number: Turn off the phone, remove the back cover, and find the ESN below the first barcode.
Installing the battery: Remove the back cover, place the battery with contacts facing right, and replace the cover.
Charging the battery: Connect the AC adapter to the phone's bottom jack and then to a wall outlet. The battery icon indicates charge status.
Activating your Virgin Mobile account: Go to www.virginmobileusa.com or call 1-888-322-1122. You'll need your ESN.
Programming your phone: Dial ##VIRGIN, select Service, highlight Edit, enter MDN and MSID/Network ID, then select Done.
Getting to know your phone
Familiarize yourself with the number keypad and QWERTY keypad, as well as the function keys like Send/Talk, Back, and navigation keys.
Basic Functions
Making calls: Enter number and press Send/Talk, or use voice dialing.
Answering calls: Press Send/Talk or the speakerphone key.
Using the speakerphone: Press the speakerphone key to turn it on or off.
