The IBM Storwize V3700 for Lenovo is an entry-level storage system offering 2U rack mount enclosures. It features two node canisters with up to 8 GB cache per canister, supporting 6 Gb SAS and 1 Gb iSCSI connectivity as standard, with optional 10 Gb iSCSI, FCoE, or 8 Gb Fibre Channel. It supports a variety of 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch SAS SSDs and HDDs, and can scale up to 960 TB of raw storage capacity. Key features include virtualized internal storage, thin provisioning, snapshots, data migration, and data replication.
