The home screen is the starting point for using your phone. You can customize your home screen by changing settings, adding widgets, or changing wallpapers.
The phone has three screen buttons: Back, Home, and Multitask. These buttons allow you to navigate the phone, return to previous screens, and manage recent apps.
You can lock your phone using the Power button. The default unlocking method is swipe. You can change this in Settings.
Swipe down from the top to see notifications and access Quick Settings. Swipe up from the bottom to close these panels.
When connected via USB, you can select File Transfer, PTP, MIDI, No data transfer, or USB tethering.
Make calls by dialing manually, from the call log, or from contacts. Answer or reject calls by swiping. Silence calls using volume buttons or the Power button. Options during a call include Add call, Hold, Mute, Keypad, Speaker, and ending the call.
Create, search, edit, share, delete, import, and export contacts.
Send text and multimedia messages. Search for messages and delete message threads.
Take photos and record videos. Switch between flash modes, front/rear cameras, and configure settings. Take screenshots by pressing Power and Volume down buttons simultaneously.
View photos and videos, zoom, and navigate. Share photos and videos via various channels. Delete photos and videos individually or in groups.
Connect to WLAN networks by turning on WLAN or using Settings. Connect to a WLAN hotspot. Manage data connection and select SIM card for data. Set up a hotspot to share internet.
Surf the internet using the Chrome app. Visit websites, add bookmarks, and clear browser history.
Use gesture navigation for Back, Home, and Recents. Twist your wrist to quickly capture. Buttons at the bottom can be hidden.
Add and delete fingerprints for unlocking and quick user interface switching. A lock screen pattern, PIN, or password is required.
Set date and time, language, input method, and screen lock. Enable app installation from unknown sources. Set ringtones and adjust volume. Perform a factory reset.
