Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
App locks up the phone Restart in Safe Mode. Press and hold Power button, then press and hold Power off option. Try removing the app. To exit Safe Mode, restart your phone.
Phone stops responding Press and hold the Power button until the screen goes dark and the phone restarts.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi Check Wi-Fi settings and ensure you are within range of a network. Contact your service provider if issues persist.
Data usage high Use Data Saver to reduce data usage. Monitor app data usage in Settings > Network & internet > Data usage.
