Troubleshooting and error codes

App freezes or phone is unresponsive Restart your phone. If the issue persists, try restarting in Safe Mode and remove the app.
Phone not responding to touches Press and hold the Power button until the screen goes dark and the phone restarts.
Unable to connect to Wi-Fi Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on. Check network settings and password. Restart your phone and router.
Bluetooth device not connecting Ensure Bluetooth is on for both devices. Make sure the device is in discoverable mode. Try pairing again.
Poor battery life Optimize battery settings (Battery Saver, Adaptive Battery). Close unused apps. Reduce screen brightness.
