Troubleshooting and error codes

| App locks up phone on startup | Restart in Safe Mode: Press and hold the Power button. When the Power off option appears, press and hold it. The phone restarts with Safe mode in the lower left. Then, try removing the app. |
| Phone stops responding to touches and button presses | Reboot: Press and hold the Power button until the screen goes dark and your phone restarts. |
