The home screen is the starting point for using your phone, already set up with some useful apps and widgets. You can customize home screens by pressing and holding anywhere on the screen to enter edit mode. From there, you can add widgets, change wallpapers, move or create app folders, and remove widgets or uninstall apps (except system apps). The phone has three screen buttons: Home, Back, and Recent apps. The Notifications panel informs you of missed calls, new messages, and activities, while the Quick Settings panel provides access to frequently-used settings like WLAN. To connect to a computer via USB, select modes like Transfer files, Transfer photos (PTP), or Charge this device.
Make calls by dialing manually, from the call log, or by selecting a contact. Answer or reject incoming calls by swiping. Silence calls by pressing volume buttons or the Power button. During a call, options include Add call, Hold/Unhold, Mute, Dialpad/Hide, Speaker, and ending the call. The call log records missed, outgoing, and received calls.
Create new contacts by opening the Contacts app, tapping '+', entering information, and saving. Search for contacts by scrolling or using the search icon. Edit contacts by finding, tapping, editing, and saving. Delete contacts by selecting them and tapping 'Ok'.

Use the Camera app to take photos and record videos. Tap to take photos or videos. View media in the Gallery app. Features include HDR, flash modes, switching cameras, and camera settings. Take screenshots by pressing the Power and Volume down buttons simultaneously. Screenshots are stored in Gallery or File Manager.
View photos and videos by opening the Gallery app and selecting an album. View media in full-screen mode, swipe to navigate, pinch to zoom, and tap to play videos. Share photos and videos by tapping the share icon and selecting a channel. Delete photos and videos by tapping the delete icon.
Turn WLAN on/off via Quick Settings or Settings menu. Connect to WLAN hotspots by selecting them and entering passwords if secured. To use data connection, ensure a valid SIM card with data service. Select SIM for data connection via Quick Settings or Cellular network settings. Set up a hotspot to share your internet connection via WLAN.
Surf the internet using Chrome by connecting to WLAN or cellular network. Visit websites by entering addresses or search keywords. Refresh pages, go back/forward, and save images. Bookmark websites by tapping the star icon. Clear browsing history through the History menu.
Configure date and time settings, including automatic or manual options and 24/12-hour format. Change language and input methods. Set up a screen lock for security. Enable app installation from unknown sources. Set ringtones and adjust volumes. Perform a factory reset to restore device settings.
