Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Solution |

| Phone stops responding | Press and hold the Power button until the screen goes dark and the phone restarts. |
| Forgot pattern, PIN, or password | Use your Google account email and password on another device to unlock the phone. If no Google account, contact your service provider for a factory reset. |
